Core Charges / Refunds & Core Returns

What is a core charge?

A core charge is an additional charge that is added as a sort of “Bond” that is refunded once we get your old damaged part back. Our skilled team of rebuilders will then rebuild this item, or recycle it if it is beyond repair.

How do I get my money back?

Your refund will be processed to your payment method that was used when the item was purchased, or to a nominated bank account. You will be notified via Email what your core charge will be refunded to. This can take up to 10 working days once the item arrives back to us.

How long do I have to return the core item?

Core items must be received within 15-20 working days from date of delivery to be eligible for a refund. Refunds outside of this date range are at ToyComm’s discretion.

Alternatively, you may drop the item off to a physical branch

Please include a copy of our invoice so we know who sent the item, so we can refund your core charge.
