What carrier(s) do you use?

We use NZ Post as our preferred courier service for the majority of our orders for New Zealand customers. Parcels delivered by NZ Post are sent using a standard overnight service for most same-island orders, and economy service for larger inter island items.

NZ Post provides our customers with fast and reliable delivery to destinations across their comprehensive domestic network, and enables us to deliver to PO boxes as needed.

NZ Post Delivery times vary depending on a product's stock status and the intended delivery address.

Alternative freight partners:

For very large orders, we may need to use Mainfreight as these orders lie outside of what NZ Post can handle, due to the size/weight limit.

For awkward, but light (<25KG) freight, Aramex may be used.

We may also send via NZC/Post Haste if the item is being dispatched from our Tauranga Branch.

When will my item be dispatched?

Orders received before 12pm will normally be dispatched same day, although this is depended on item stock status, or if the item is overweight / oversize.

Where is my item?

You will receive an email with tracking, that will mention what carrier has been selected for your item. Please contact the carrier to query your item.
