Refund policy

We have a 20-working day return policy, which means you have 20 working days after the processing date on your invoice to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Sales@toycomm.co.nz. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address that the sales rep provides when processing your return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return questions at Sales@toycomm.co.nz, or call us and ask to speak to the sales rep who handled your order.

Restocking Fees:
At Toycomm’s discretion, a 20% restock fee may apply for items that have been correctly supplied. This can apply for change of mind returns, as well as customer cancellations.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom products, or items that are sold with the condition they do not have a warranty due to their use case (Such as a non turbo engine having a turbo kit added after sale). We also do not accept returns for consumable items, such and liquids and gasses.
Freight is non-refundable. Electrical & new parts are non-refundable unless found to be faulty.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Sales@toycomm.co.nz.

Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Law:
This Returns Policy is in addition to the conditions &
guarantees which are mandatory as implied by the
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ)
